 The vouchers we provide to you are subject to the following terms and conditions. 


CHILI Movie Rental Code
Terms and Conditions
  1. Your code entitles you to a movie rental code from CHILI’s catalogue in the UK, through uk.chili.com/promotion
  2. The code must be activated and used between 4th November and 31st December 2023.
  3. The code gives you the right to rent a movie in any format within CHILI’s whole digital catalogue in the UK, excluding PVOD “Home Premiere” titles.
  4. The codes is valid for film rentals only. It cannot be used to purchase films and TV series from the Store.
  5. The offer is open to new and existing CHILI customers, you must have a CHILI account in order to use the code, there is no charge for setting up or holding a CHILI account.
  6. You can only activate one code at a time. Codes can’t be used in association with other promotions.
  7. Movies can be viewed either on the CHILI website or via the CHILI app on a desktop, smartphone, tablet or Smart TV.
  8. When redeeming a code, you must comply with the general terms and conditions of CHILI which can be viewed at uk.chili.com/terms-and-conditions.
You can watch your movie within 28 days from the point of selection and 48 hours from the first “play”.

CINEWORLD
Terms and Conditions
  1.  Instant Vouchers can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.com. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings. 
  2.  Your Instant Voucher gives you access to a standard seat in any Adult 2D screening in any Group 1, 2 or 3 cinema as listed at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/static/en/uk/cinema-voucher-groups 
  3.  You will be able to pay an uplift fee at the box office or online to use your Instant Voucher for IMAX, 4DX, D-Box Screenings, Superscreen and ScreenX. VIP screenings are excluded. 
  4.  If you lose your Instant Voucher we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund. 
  5.  Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema). 
  6.  This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  7.  No cash alternatives. This voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

PICTUREHOUSE
Terms and Conditions
 1. This voucher may be exchanged for one standard adult ticket for any 2D performance of any film at the Picturehouse Cinema that you have chosen.
 2. This voucher is not valid for any non-standard (premium) seating or any non-film performance (such as alternative content or live performances or Q&As).
 3. Uplift charges for any standard film which is not a standard 2D film may be payable by the voucher holder, not applicable to non-film performances.
 4. This voucher may be redeemed at the physical Box Office of a participating cinema or online at the Picturehouse website. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket for online bookings.
 5. We always want you to get the best price. Please, check the ticket price for your chosen screening before purchasing as in some rare cases you might find a cheaper ticket directly from them.

REEL
Terms and Conditions
 1.       This eCode may be exchanged for one Standard ticket for any performance at any Reel Cinema in the UK for an adult, child or concession ticket.
2.       Tickets are subject to availability. All of our customers are important to us and you won’t be treated any differently to any other paying customer.
3.       The eCode may be used once at the box office in cinema only. 
4.       The expiry date is printed on the voucher, after this date the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded.
5.       The eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6.       No cash alternative is available; the eCodes and/or ticket are not transferable and may not be re-sold. Please keep your eCode in a safe place. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
7.       Please note that you selected cinema may require you to provide evidence of your entitlement to purchase (e.g. proof of age or concession status).
8.       Reel Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice.  These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.       This eCode applies to standard seats and 2 D screenings only. It may be possible to upgraded your seat (e.g. 3D), this will need to be arranged with the individual cinema and additional charges may apply (for example 3D glasses)
10.   Use of the eCode and ticket are subject to Reel Cinema’s Website Terms of Use and Terms of Entry available at reelcinemas.co.uk , Reel Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with these terms.


SAVOY
Terms and Conditions
 1.       The Savoy Cinemas Adult 2D eCode may be exchanged for one standard Adult ticket to any standard 2D performance at any Savoy Cinema in the UK (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling); excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances.
2.       The eCode is valid for any standard 2D performances.  The Savoy Adult 2D eCode is not valid for Alternative Content, Special Screenings, Special Advance Screenings or VIP/premium seating.
3.       The eCode has an expiry date on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
4.       The eCode can be redeemed online at www.savoycinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used to book using the telephone service. The eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests. When booking online using eCodes debit/credit card information may be requested (for processing purposes).  A 40p administration fee is payable for online bookings (in line with normal Savoy Cinemas procedures).
5.       Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when a booking is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, attempts to use the same eCode on separate occasions will not be successful.
6.       Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions apply.
7.       The eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8.       There is no cash alternative; the eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
9.       Savoy Cinemas reserve the right to withdraw any offer associated with the eCode at any time and for any reason without notice.
10.   Savoy Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.
11.   Savoy Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice.  These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.



SCOTT CINEMAS
Terms and Conditions
1.       The Scott Cinemas eCode can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Scott Cinema in the UK. They are not valid for 3D private screenings, special events or event cinema performances (always check movie screening times and availability before travelling). 
2.       The eCode is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
3.       The eCode may be used to book tickets online at www.scottcinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service nor does the eCode give you priority over any other customer.
4.       Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful (you are judged to have used your eCode at the point that you book a ticket with it).
5.       When booking online using the eCode your credit/debit card information may need to be provided (even though you won’t be charged if you use this eCode).
6.       Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply and Scott Cinema’s general admission terms apply.
7.       This eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8.       There is no cash alternative to this eCode, it is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
9.       Scott Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission.

SHOWCASE
Terms and Conditions
This e-voucher may be redeemed for one general admission to a scheduled performance of a film at your chosen Showcase Cinema ) and is subject to the following conditions: 
  1.  Due to contractual obligations this admission e-voucher may not be valid for all films. Guests are advised to check with the Box Office at their local Showcase Cinema before visiting. 
  2.  This e-voucher is subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and Showcase Cinema general terms and conditions. Guests must be eligible to see their chosen film. Proof of age may be required. 
  3.  Showcase Cinemas reserves the right to refuse admission. The manager’s decision is final. 
  4.  This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. 
  5.  This e-voucher does not give the bearer priority over other guests. 
  6.  This e-voucher may not be re-sold. 
  7.  Defaced or illegible e-vouchers will not be accepted. 
  8.  This e-voucher may be used for bookings online and those made in person at the Showcase Cinema Box Office. 
  9.  Each e-voucher may only be used once, any attempt to re-use the e-voucher shall be refused. 
  10.  This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  11.  This voucher may be valid for Gallery, XLR, Director’s Hall and / or 3D, IMAX, XPlus and any other premium offering or presentation only when a guest is prepared to pay the surcharge over and above the regular stated admission price. This “upgrade” is not available for online bookings and is at the cinema manager’s discretion so we suggest you check with your local cinema for availability. 
  12.  This pass cannot be exchanged for admission to live performances or Event Cinema programmes. Please check with the box office for details. 
  13.  This voucher may not be used towards Birthday Party events.

MERLIN
Terms and Conditions
1. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Merlin Cinema in the UK. They are not valid for 3D, private screenings, special events or event cinema performances (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling).
2. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode has an expiry date printed on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
3. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode may be used to book tickets online at www.merlincinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode does not give the bearer priority over other <br /> guests.
4. Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when the booking of tickets is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful.
5. When booking online using the Merlin Cinema Adult eCode (i) credit/debit card information must be provided (for processing purposes) and (ii) a booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked will apply. Customers who do not wish to pay the fee can exchange their Merlin Cinema Adult eCode for a ticket in person at the cinema.
6. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply - ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Merlin Cinema’s general admission terms apply ( http://torquay.merlincinemas.co.uk/terms ).

Terms and Conditions
1.       The Movie House eCode can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Movie House Cinema in the UK. They are not valid for 3D private screenings, special events or event cinema performances (always check movie screening times and availability before travelling). 
2.       The Movie House eCode is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
3.       The Movie House eCode may be used to book tickets online at www.moviehouse.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service nor does the eCode give you priority over any other customer.
4.       Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful (you are judged to have used your eCode at the point that you book a ticket with it).
5.       Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply and Movie House Cinema’s general admission terms apply.
6.       This eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7.       There is no cash alternative to this eCode, it is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

THE LIGHT
Terms and Conditions
  1. The Light Cinemas Adult 2D and 3D eCode can be exchanged at the box office for one admission ticket to a standard 2D or 3D performance at any Light Cinema in the UK.
  2. The Light Cinemas Adult 2D and 3D eCode is only valid for standard film screenings and is not valid for private screenings, special events or event cinema performances. The eCode may be used for IMAX and other premium screenings only when the member is prepared to pay an uplift charge (payable at the box office only). 3D glasses will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
  3. The Light Cinemas Adult 2D and 3D eCode is guaranteed has an expiry date printed on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
  4. The Light Cinemas Adult 2D and 3D eCode can be redeemed online at http://www.lightcinemas.com or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking services. The Light Cinemas Child 2D and 3D eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
  5. To redeem online: Simply Go to https://lightcinemas.co.uk and select the cinema and film you wish to book for and either sign in, or Continue as Guest. Click on ‘Voucher’ and input the eCode before clicking ‘Add to Order’. Add additional eCodes by simply inputting them and clicking ‘Add to Order’. Select the number of additional tickets you wish to purchase in the same transaction if you do not have enough eCodes to complete your booking. Continue to the next page and select your seating. Complete the rest of the booking process as instructed. You can collect your tickets from any point of sale in the cinema any time from when the booking is made until the start of the performance. You will need to bring the card you paid with and a note of the booking reference to collect your tickets.
    Alternatively, you can print out your cinema tickets at home and skip the queue when you get there!
    The Light Cinema eCode/s can also be exchanged for a ticket/s at the ATM machines in foyer or from any till point in the cinema if you do not wish to book online.
